Vibrational Reiki Therapy

This is a combination of energy work and vibrational therapies using Himalayan bowls, Tuning Forks, Drums etc. to help bring the body back into alignment, regulate the nervous system and reduce pain and inflammation in the body.

Maternity Reiki

Maternity Reiki is a gentle, supportive energy healing practice for individuals and families navigating fertility, pregnancy, and the postpartum period. Sessions may support those experiencing fertility challenges or actively trying to conceive, as well as those seeking emotional balance, stress relief, and deeper connection during pregnancy.

Postpartum Reiki can help ease emotional overwhelm, promote grounding, and support recovery during this profound life transition. Maternity Reiki may also be offered to partners, including fathers, to support bonding, reduce stress, and help them feel more centered and emotionally present as they support their family.

Each session is tailored with care, honoring the physical, emotional, and energetic needs of this sacred and transformative journey.
